Sales Tax:

Low Price Shipping & Delivery:
Our shipping is available to your door or dock on all items within the continental United States. There are never any hidden or extra fees, guaranteed! Shipping is available only within the contiguous 48 states. Please note that at this time we do not ship to any APO/FPO addresses. *All items are shipped unassembled or partially assembled unless otherwise noted. All Chairs shipped in the original manufacturers cartons. Please note that large quantity orders will be shipped via tractor trailer and may require a few extra days for delivery. Driver will bring the items to the tailgate of the truck and the customer will need to unload. Please specify upon ordering if you request this option.
Return Policy:
If for any reason you wish to return your chair, we will schedule a pick-up of your item so that you do not have to deal with the return. Once the item/items have been returned to the warehouse, we will refund your purchase price minus the return freight. merchandise must be received back to us in the condition and All chairs must be in the same cartons in which it was sent. Please contact our support department at support@bestpriceofficechairs.com within 30 days of delivery for a return authorization number. In the event your chair is defective or damaged in shipping we will promptly ship replacement parts. We reserve the right to bill you for shipping charges on refused shipments that are not damaged.
Purchase Orders:
We accept Purchase Orders from all government agencies and academic institutions or from any other company on a case by case basis. If you have any questions regarding purchase orders please contact us. Purchase Orders can be faxed to 812-923-0329. Terms are NET 30, no exceptions.
Warranty Information:
Manufacturers warranties range from 6 years to lifetime warranties. If your item is found to be defective at any time, replacement parts will be shipped to you by the respective manufacturer. Our products are rated for a standard 40 hour work week by persons weighing 250 lbs or less unless otherwise noted. Each product information page has the available warranty listed for that product. Please consult the warranty that ships with your product for complete details.
